Job Summary

We're hiring a Finance & Strategy Manager to lead our finance & strategy function and build the foundation for long-term scale. You’ll manage two strong team members—a Strategic Finance & Analytics Lead and a Senior General Accountant—while owning a wide range of financial responsibilities, from performance tracking and reconciliations to strategic modeling and pricing strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full finance stack: reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash management, compliance.
  • Lead strategic finance initiatives: long-term planning, business modeling, scenario building.
  • Oversee pricing, discounts, and incentives strategies in partnership with commercial teams.
  • Drive business performance: set ambitious goals, track progress, and hold teams accountable.
  • Drive monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Design scalable systems and processes to support our next stages of growth.
  • Fraud Risk Management: Build and monitor fraud KPIs; identify emerging fraud risks; partner with Product and Engineering teams to recommend and drive fraud mitigation initiatives that balance loss prevention with user experience.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to tie financial insights to real business decisions.
  • Manage external relationships: auditors, banks, tax advisors, regulators
  • Coach and develop a team of two
 

Requirements

  • 7+ years in finance, including 2+ years managing people.
  • Sharp across FP&A, financial modeling, accounting, and performance management.
  • A business-first thinker—you see numbers as a tool for strategy.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup/tech a big plus).
  • Skilled at building processes from scratch and operating independently.
  • Clear communicator and natural cross-functional partner.
  • No formal certifications required—your impact matters more than your paperwork.
