About the Role
As the On-Ground Sales Manager – Alexandria & North Coast, you will be responsible for leading Flash’s expansion across Alexandria, Beheira, and seasonal North Coast areas.
You will develop and execute field strategies to onboard merchants in both urban and tourism-driven markets.
Responsibilities:
- Merchant Acquisition & Activation: Identify and target key merchant clusters across Cairo and Giza (restaurants, cafés, groceries, and service outlets),Drive consistent onboarding and transaction activation, lead local market mapping and area segmentation.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage Team Leaders and Field Sales Representatives, conduct daily briefings, field coaching, and performance tracking, Motivate teams through transparent KPIs and incentive programs.
- Sales Execution: Implement territory-based sales plans aligned with Cairo’s commercial zones, Coordinate with marketing for local activations and promotional campaigns, monitor merchant satisfaction and ensure ongoing engagement.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with Product, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to resolve field challenges, Deliver weekly performance reports, including acquisition, activation, and retention rates.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably FMCG, fintech, or payments).
- Deep understanding of the F&B, grocery, and/or pharmacy sectors.
- Strong network and knowledge of Cairo’s retail and F&B landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
