Job Summary
 

We’re hiring a FinOps Analyst to join our Finance team and ensure accuracy and consistency across our financial operations. Reporting directly to the Finance & Strategy Manager, you’ll play a critical role in executing day-to-day finance tasks, reconciling balances, Commissions, and supporting business performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with a strong accounting foundation who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

●     Execute daily tasks such as settlement execution and ensure accuracy and zero outstanding balances.

●     Perform reconciliation processes for Service Providers and Merchants with accuracy and timeliness.

●     Monitor daily transactions for service providers to ensure no pending or lost transactions.

●     Develop and maintain recharge plans for service provider wallets.

●     Maintain cash management trackers and support daily liquidity monitoring.

●     Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies.

●   Respond to merchants’ requests.

●     Support fraud risk monitoring by maintaining KPI dashboards and escalating anomalies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance operations, accounting,FP&A or a related role.
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with large datasets.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or transaction-heavy industries preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with the ability to present data clearly.
• Eagerness to take ownership of deliverables and support broader team goals.
